Time Matters Enterprise
Reasons to Consider Time Matters Enterprise, by
Jeffrey S. Krause.
In my opinion, in the long run, Time Matter Enterprise will save you money even if you have to have to purchase a new server in order to run it. First, any database downtime you are currently experiencing will be dramatically if not altogether eliminated. Second, if you are currently operating separate case management, document management and e-mail systems, you will see significant cost savings when you consolidate all of them into Time Matters.

Time Matters, Amicus Attorney
Practice Management Face-Off: Time Matters vs. Amicus Attorney, by
Wells Anderson, Natalie Thornwell and Dan Pinnington.
Ideally, practice management software should be in place as the central nervous system in every law office or legal department. The ability of these products to share and manage the critical information that lawyers and law office staff need is nothing short of amazing. They can make an individual practice, and indeed an entire firm, far more efficient and profitable, with the added benefit that they can help implement basic practice management processes that can help prevent the common types of errors that lead to errors or malpractice claims.

Bluebeam PDF Revu
Review: Bluebeam PDF Revu, by
Caren Schwartz.
Bluebeam PDF Revu, by Bluebeam Software, is a tool to create, view, markup, and edit PDF files. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give Bluebeam PDF Revu a 4.5. I would highly recommend Bluebeam PDF Revu, especially if you use CAD programs or if you don’t need the link to a program like Time Matters. I’m delighted to have it installed on one of my computers and find that, for a number of PDF functions, I switch to that computer rather than use Adobe Acrobat.

Time Matters
Time Matters 9.0 Legal Series, by
Kim Plonsky.
Introduces several powerful and substantive features as well as enhancements to favorite features like Power-Views and Triggers. Reasonable, non-subscription-based pricing. Wealth of help resources, including online Knowledge Base, free online training videos and Webinars. My only mild complaint concerns a minor glitch that causes all toolbars to display when any toolbar is customized requiring adjustments each time. I recommend Time Matters 9.0, both as an essential upgrade for current Time Matters users and to those seeking to implement an organized and efficient way to manage all of the elements of a busy legal professional’s workday.

Time Matters
Review: Time Matters 9.0, by
Thomas Daily.
If you have always wanted an off-the-shelf software package to consolidate everything in your legal practice from intake to completion and you have the time and a good consultant or IT person, Time Matters 9.0 is the software for you. If you don’t, it will be back to using your cobbled together methods of off-the-shelf software packages and Internet-based resources.
